Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! All payments are processed by PayPal on our website. By using PayPal, you get trusted and secure payment process that is user friendly. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay with any major credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX AND DISCOVER.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We ship USPS priority mail. Delivery times may vary. Usually takes 2-5 business days, 1-3 business days Miami-Dade county (Shipping times not guaranteed). Tracking numbers are sent to customer emails. If you do not receive a tracking number, you can be provided with one upon request.

We ONLY ship to confirmed BILLING addresses. Once packages are picked up by USPS, MSC STYLE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages, and customer must contact USPS directly if they have any questions regarding their package. All lost package claims must be made BY THE CUSTOMER directly with USPS.

By purchasing your items on this website you agree to these terms and conditions. USPS prides themselves on great service, and as of now we have never had an undelivered package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MSC STYLE ships worldwide starting at $28. If your order is 4 lb or less the shipping price will be the same as stated at check out. If the order exceeds 4 lb AFTER the order is placed, we will send you an invoice through PayPal for you to pay the difference. Since shipping to different countries may vary, we cannot say for certain how much the shipping will come out to be, however the estimate is around $45 to $55 in total.

MSC STYLE is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. MSC STYLE is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the country we are shipping it to. International orders will leave our facilities within 2-3 business days and shipping times will vary for each country. We will provide shipping and tracking information upon request.

PRE-ORDER

Please note that Pre-orders may take up to 14 days to ship. If your place an order for more items with your Pre-order item , all items will be shipped together in 14 days.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds, however you have 15 days upon receipt of the item to exchange unworn items. Items must include the original tag and receipt.

Our items are in high demand, and therefore we cannot guarantee that we will have the same item in stock by the time we receive the original order to exchange, however, every exchange will automatically be issued as a Store Credit and this will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size or color.

Customer will be responsible for the shipping payment. Please include your name, address, phone number, and email inside the package so that we can contact you once the item is received by us. Once we receive the package, you may select another item from the store to exchange your item for. If there is a difference we will send you an invoice through PayPal for you to pay the difference, or issue a Store Credit for a future purchase if you deserve a credit.

We ONLY ship to confirmed BILLING addresses and we are not responsible for any undelivered packages due to incorrect address.

NOTE: all sequins items will not be eligible for Store Credit/Exchange.
